O movimento/projeto Escola Sem Partido: reflexões a partir do projeto de lei 246/2019

Neste artigo propomos um gesto de leitura ao Projeto de Lei 246/2019, de autoria da deputada Bia Kicis. Esse projeto de lei vem na esteira de outros e também propõe a criação do programa Escola sem Partido, que, pela proposição, seria incluído à Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN – 9.394/1996). A postura teórico-metodológica por nós adotada neste estudo vincula-se a Análise de Discurso francesa desenvolvida no Brasil e compreende, principalmente, os conceitos de Discurso Pedagógico (Orlandi 2011) e de formas do silêncio (Orlandi 2007). Ao final deste artigo, constatamos que o Projeto de Lei traz consigo sentidos que buscam silenciar os professores que não adotam uma postura tradicional de ensino, o que contraria as premissas basilares da educação brasileira, propostas na Constituição Federal e na Lei de Diretrizes e Bases.
