Licenciado en Geografía por la Universidad de Buenos Aires. Fue jefe de gabinete de asesores de la Secretaría de Derechos Humanos y representante de ese organismo en el consejo consultivo de la Agencia Nacional de Seguridad Vial, desde donde trabajó en cuestiones vinculadas a derechos humanos y equidad vial. Es creador y director del Blog Ciclofamilia, colaborador de la revista Ciclismo XXI y fundador y miembro de la Red de Ciclistas Urbanos.
