Abstract

This paper addresses the readaptation process carried out by the Monte Vera Producers Fair (Santa Fe, Argentina) during the social and health emergency caused by COVID-19. The New Solidarity Ruralities approach is used to frame this practice of Social and Solidarity Economy and the actions carried out from the different state levels are analyzed as well as the representations of the producers about the modifications that have occurred in their homes, at work and in the commercialization processes of the fair by using the technique of semi-structured interviews. In general, it can be noted that the producers positively valued the new sales format adopted and proposed its continuity in a post-pandemic context.
